Automotive-Grade Magnetically Integrated High-Frequency Power Transformer Modules This series of modules is an integrated high-frequency power conversion solution designed specifically for on-board power supply systems in new energy vehicles (NEVs). At its core is a magnetically integrated architecture that consolidates multiple power magnetic components — including high-frequency isolation transformers, PFC boost inductors, resonant inductors, and output filter inductors — through shared magnetic circuits and structural integration. By replacing the dispersed layout of conventional discrete components, this design significantly reduces power module footprint, increases system-level power density, and lowers overall magnetic circuit losses. The modules utilize EQ/U series automotive-grade Mn-Zn ferrite cores and high-current flat enameled copper wire winding technology. They deliver excellent low-loss performance at high frequencies, superior heat dissipation capability, and high insulation class, while withstanding harsh on-board operating conditions such as wide temperature fluctuations, vibration, and mechanical shock. These products reliably meet the power conversion and electrical isolation requirements of core on-board components such as on-board chargers (OBCs) and on-board DC-DC converters.
