EQ45 High Frequency Ferrite Core Planar Transformer – 198µH / 3000Vac Isolation The EQ45 planar transformer is a compact, high-efficiency power conversion solution designed for SMPS applications. Its low-profile ferrite core delivers excellent power density and thermal performance in space-constrained designs. Featuring an interleaved copper sheet winding structure (primary: 18 turns; secondary: multiple 1-turn foils), it achieves ultra-low leakage inductance (6.0µH Max) and DCR (16mΩ), ensuring high efficiency at switching frequencies up to 300kHz. Primary inductance is set at 198µH ±7% with a 0.47mm air gap, optimized for LLC resonant and forward converter topologies requiring soft-switching and high power density. With 3000Vac reinforced isolation (primary to secondary and primary to core), this transformer meets stringent industrial and medical safety standards. Vacuum impregnation and epoxy core fixation ensure long-term reliability in harsh environments.
